Information you provide
When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, email, market, project details, selected products and any optional company, WhatsApp, quantity or customization information you provide. We also record the source page, submission time and your consent.
How we use it
We use this information to assess your request, discuss samples or quotations, respond to your questions and maintain a record of the project. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.
Verification and service providers
Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect enabled inquiry forms from automated abuse. It processes technical browser and network information for verification. Our server uses keyed identifiers for short-lived submission rate limits rather than storing raw IP addresses in inquiry records.
We store inquiries in the OILAX website database. Our 263 email service processes notification emails containing the inquiry details so our team can respond. These services may process information outside your country.
Retention and requests
Our policy is to review inactive inquiry records after 12 months and retain them only where needed for ongoing business, recordkeeping or other applicable obligations. This is a review policy, not an automatic deletion timer.
For questions or requests to access, correct or delete your inquiry information, contact info@oilax.com. We may need to verify the request before acting.
Direct contact
If you contact us by WhatsApp or email instead of the form, those services process your message under their own terms and privacy policies. Please do not include payment card details, passwords or other sensitive information in a product inquiry.
